Blessed Bayou Land & Ranch was founded by Chris Methner out of a passion for developing wildlife-focused ranches across the great state of Texas. Chris is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Biology. After years of consulting with private landowners, he gained firsthand experience in what it truly takes to set up a ranch properly—from water and habitat planning to long-term management and conservation. At the core of Chris’s work is a commitment to conservation and the intentional improvement of each property through elite wildlife and fisheries genetics, thoughtful ranch layouts, and science-based management decisions.Chris is currently developing several ranch properties that will be offered for sale in the near future. Each Blessed Bayou Land & Ranch–developed property is designed to:
